United Doors and Locks – Terms & Conditions

Lead Time
Estimated delivery is 3–5 weeks from receipt of approved shop drawings, signed proposal, and any required deposit (if applicable). Lead times are estimates only and are subject to manufacturer availability and current production schedules.

1. Delivery

1.1 All deliveries are subject to applicable sales tax unless a Tax Exemption Certificate is provided.
1.2 Delivery pricing applies to the Houston metropolitan area only. Deliveries outside this area may be subject to additional freight charges.
1.3 The customer is responsible for providing adequate personnel and equipment to unload the delivery vehicle upon arrival.
1.4 Deliveries scheduled before 7:00 AM or after 3:00 PM will incur additional charges based on the requested delivery time and location.
1.5 Additional deliveries requested after the initial scheduled delivery will be charged at $400.00 per trip.

2. Package Pricing

2.1 Pricing is based on the complete package as quoted. Partial purchases may require repricing at United Doors and Locks' discretion.

3. Proposal Validity

3.1 Due to ongoing volatility in construction material costs, United Doors and Locks guarantees the pricing contained in this proposal for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance.

4. Shop Drawings

4.1 Acceptance of this proposal authorizes United Doors and Locks to begin preparation of shop drawings.
4.2 Final quantities, materials, specifications, and pricing are subject to review and confirmation through signed and approved shop drawings prior to production.

5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1 All door sales are final.
5.2 Once any product has been accepted, handled, installed, hung, painted, stained, machined, modified, or otherwise altered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 United Doors and Locks operates as a material supplier. Standard payment terms are Net 30, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 United Doors and Locks does not accept retainage, back charges, or liquidated damages.
6.3 Manufacturer warranties apply to all products supplied and are subject to each manufacturer's published warranty terms and conditions.

7. Line Item Pricing

7.1 Individual line item pricing is provided at request only. 
7.2 United Doors and Locks reserves the right to withdraw or reprice individual line items unless the proposal is accepted in its entirety.
